Born in Kansas City, Emily Kaiser Wickersham never knew that she was going to soar in the showbiz industry. Emily was born on April 26, 1984, to parents, Amy and John Atwood Wickersham. The family moved to Chicago after Emily was born and moved again to Mamaroneck, New York, when she was in first grade. She attended college at Muhlenberg College but dropped out after two years.
While figuring out what to do with her life, Emily moved to the Big Apple after dropping out of college. Then, Wickersham started taking acting classes in New York City. It never occurred to her at first that she was going to be an actress. But since Emily wanted to take a risk and challenge herself, the NCIS star auditioned in several roles.
