Pill has been very vocal about her plans to become an actor at ten years old. She started as a member of a children’s choir at their town in Toronto, where she narrated their performances. From there, she began her work as a children’s book narrator.
However, Pill’s mom didn’t want her daughter to stay in the sidelines. She helped Pill on her first-on screen role in the 1993 TV show Kung Fu: The Legend Continues as a background performer. Later on, Pill got herself a talent agent.
By age 11, Pill was successfully booking roles. After her first stint as a background performer, she made it in the children’s show The New Ghostwriter Mysteries in the episode “Moving Parts.” Since then, Pill began to accept guest star roles in other TV series, such as Fast Track, Psi Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal, and The Last Don II.
Aside from TV shows, Pill ventured in several TV movies. Her first TV film role was in Degas & the Dancer as Marie van Goethem. She also appeared in Stranger in Town, Locked in Silence, and God’s New Plan. She received her first acting nomination as Best Child Actress in the Burbank International Film Festival in the TV film The Dinosaur Hunter.
Pill has a long list of theatre credentials. Her first stage production was None of the Above. She also starred in the black comedy The Lieutenant of Inishmore as Mairead. Her performance earned a nomination for Best Featured Actress at the Tony Awards.
Due to her busy schedule, Pill signed up for a school program for young children in the show business. After high school, she stayed in New York to explore her acting career.
By 2008, Pill has appeared in countless movies, including Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen with Lindsay Lohan and Academy award-winning film Milk as Anne Kronenberg. She also appeared in the comedy film Dan in Real Life along with actor Steve Carell.

Two years later, Pill married actor Joshua Leonard after a four-month engagement. They have one child named Wilder.
As an actress, Pill has an adorable child-like feature. Now 34, she has been rocking her hot body with mini-length dresses on the red carpet. Although she is rarely spotted wearing a bikini, her stunning photoshoots prove that she has an incredible ass and boobs.
