    simpler way: windows+u keys at the same time, then click 'on-screen keyboard' and click start. you'll also want to turn off narrator.
    simple enough for the likes of the rest o' ya, methinks.
    Oh, the magnifier is fun to play with as well - set that to 'invert colours' - then find a photo, put your cursor over it, and lol.
