That is one of the most annoying excuses I have ever heard. If Obama claims to be a bringer of change and better things, I don't know how you can honestly use such a petty way out.

what is really wrong was his whole idea that the stimulus was going to fix things and raising taxes will help.

His solution is just a short term fix. Artificially boosting up businesses that should have failed only worsens our problem in the long run. What do you think is going to happen when the money runs out? The businesses will make the same mistakes again.

I believe3 the best thing that could have been done was to lower taxes for everyone. That results in a direct flow of money into all of the businesses consumers choose. That way weak busineses are whittled out and strong ones prosper, as a free market economy should.
