Haha, I suffer from chronic insomnia too. I've tried number 4. I doesn't work, and I don't suggest trying it. I'd probably be on here or facebook or something all night, but my parents turn off the wireless internet.

I did create a separate personality that I talk to. That actually does help me get to sleep.
