    Can someone explain #30 to me?

    Possibly a rope hooked up to the mechanism to open the CD Drive when the button doesn't work. Normally you have to stick a paperclip in it. I am not positive though.

    Use a paper clip when the computer is powered down, yes. But I just don't get it.
