The BBC has just reported that bp replaced the oil well cap with a wedding ring and it has immediately stopped putting out.

They finally invented a car that can be ran using water. The only catch is that the water has to come from the Gulf of Mexico.

They have a fix now, for when this happens in the future. So I guess that is a good thing. Probably a good thing this happened to America, because most other Countries with offshore drilling would have taken years to force a solution.

I say we celebrate by cleaning up the millions of barrels of oil that already spilled. My car will never see a BP station or Amoco ever again. Boycott BP and drive them out of the US.

Didn't they put the temporary cap on and stop the flow like two weeks ago?
What pisses me off is now that they have it capped, they're scaling back the cleanup. If there is still crude oil in the water, why scale back? Why not clean it up as fast as possible?
