      He was actually REALLY annoying when he first joined. Every one of his comments had some retarded smiley face image attached to it.

      He got downrated a -LOT- for it.

    We can't think of any updates off the top of our head, other then that individual images can now be flagged as "NSFW".

    If we can't think of it quickly, we imagine it isn't that important.
