right now police have no way of stopping scam sites, credit card fraud, etc. viruses now have legitimate websites where you can download phony antiviruses that infect your machine and when you pay, they take out cash advances until they reach your limit.

I completely agree, I also wonder what the bill includes as far as what branch, agency or group would have controll over the power to ban sites.
I also signed this. If they are able to pass this bill it's going to create issues with the first bill of rights, "Freedom of Speech". Granted this won't be the first right they have taken from us, but at the very least we should be able to use it to fight against it.
Limewire's already been shutdown. Because of that I have no way to get "free" music anymore!

Pirate Bay is a torrent site. You have to have limewire or something along those lines to download the torrent. That's how I got free music. I clicked on the download button and downloaded it to limewire.
