You didn't see that one coming...

So me and my friends wanted to try this out. We didn't have any books on us (apart from exercise books and revision books - which are crap for this). So, I hopped on my phone and looked at Winnie the Pooh, as the free book that comes with iBooks.

The Necronomicon...this will be fun haha... The city of R'lyeh occupies a series of wide terraces on the slopes of a mountain, deep beneath a great ocean that lies far to the south off the coast of Cathay

...just dont ask why the necronomicon is my closest book

    • February 6, 2012, 3:31 pm
Wait, you can actually buy the Necronomicon? I didn't know there was a full version!
    - Ertrov February 6, 2012, 3:36 pm
Why yes you can, there are actually a few versions out and I've read 4 of them and by far the best is the one by Donald Tyson.
    - Stags70 February 6, 2012, 3:39 pm
There seem to be quite a few volumes of the Donald Tyson version. Is one of them just the Necrinomicon itself?
    - Ertrov February 7, 2012, 2:27 am
Really? I did not know that. I have Necronomicon: The Wanderings of Alhazred which is from what I have heard the most true interpretation of what Lovecraft wrote about...which is the true Necronomicon I cannot say...sorry
    - Stags70 February 7, 2012, 6:03 pm
Grimoire of the Necronomicon by Donald Tyson from what I hear is more of a spellbook and less of an account of the old if you have the two you should have the perfect necronomicon
