It's fine. I'm just as tired... I only caught it because I'm somewhat focused.

It has been proven that, on average, American Football players get hit 10x harder than Rugby players. But, Rugby players get hit more often. So you can wear a bullet proof vest and let me shoot you once with a 9mm, or you can wear nothing and let me shoot you with a pellet gun.

All I read was,"something something something, American Football is for pussys, something something something"

If you could see my dad now, you wouldn't be saying that lol. He's an ex top flight rugby player and well, he's essentially going to have to have his hip and knees replaced... As well as all the operations he's had in the past XD

My point wasn't that Rugby players don't take hits. My point was that without the pads Football players would die.

They are two totally different games, with very little in common. How often in Rugby does someone charge someone else at full speed and hit them with 100% of their force right in the head? In Rugby, you play offense and defense, within seconds of each other with no break in between. If you hit with 100% of your power, you would be winded within a few minutes if you didn't dislocate your shoulder already.

Exactly, if I knew I was going to be shot at with a pellet gun, I probably wouldn't wear a bulletproof vest (unnecessary) but you can bet if I'm going to be shot with a 9mm I'm going wearing a fucking vest. Any contact sport is tough and is going to cause injury of some kind if you play long enough. To call anybody who would like to avoid sustaining life altering injuries by wearing a helmet a "pussy" is just asinine.

Words can't really describe how funny most of these are. I saw one or two re-posts but everybody fucks up sometimes. Re-posts or not, they're still funny as hell to see. Excellent post :)
