* So based on this idea, all we need to know who will win the world cup in 2010 is to subtract 2010 from 3964.

Let's do the math: 3964 - 2010 = 1954

Q: So who won the world cup in 1954 then?
A: Germany.

So based on this formula, Germany is going to win the 2010 world cup.
