Gosh I dunno..Anything Studio studio ghibli created, Most of Masamune Shirows stuff.There's a new one out called Ao no Exorcist and its pretty tits/school girl free, and funny. I don't recall there being any in Trigun,Akira had school girls no DD's though, Heck Crayon Shin Chan has DD's and School girls but not DD schoolgirls...I mean if you were watching Anime besides just the stuff that gets shown to you on cartoon network, or those anime channels then yeah you'd probably see a lot of anime without well endowed school girls.
