Hey guys, I've been kinda bored lately, and felt like watching some movies since I usually don't watch very many and would like to be able to contribute to conversations when a movie is brought up.

So, that's where the sharenation comes in! :)

Which movies would you recommend I watch? I generally don't like horror movies or drama movies, but all other types I usually can at least finish. Favorite movie genre would be comedy, though.

      Watched it :) Was pretty good. Wasn't expecting the whole English thing though lol. Was confused on like 50% of what they were saying haha still pretty funny tho :) G-O-D, D-O-G. :D

          All the slang words that English people say but Americans don't was what I meant :P 50% may have been a slight exaggeration :s

    The new "American Pie: Reunion" was excellent. I watched it the other day. I believe its cinema only at the moment :P

        Ah, excellent taste sir! Perhaps this for more funnies? Haven't seen it in a year or so and can still quote most of it, my friends too. (I've been told that after a few beers I only speak in movie quotes and this one comes up most). Warning though, I had to watch it more than once to appreciate it, MJ and alcohol will help!!! (If you enjoy that kind of stuff).

        i just finished the book. its honestly the best ive ever read. its great for younger adults and the author does an excellent drop of portraying the characters emotions and how she perceives the world. i havent gotten to the move yet, but its still top 3 on the weekend box office list after having been out for a month. So im quite sure the movie is great too

          The hunger games are one of the best series I have read, but I did find the Mistborn and the Uglies series better. Too bad my friends have bad taste in books, I have no one to talk to about them.
          P.s. The movie is very good but still disappointing since they added and removed scenes unnecessarily. Also Haymitch just doesn't seem like Haymitch.

            yeah i mean im not expecting the movie to be perfect. All of movie history is pretty much the crossover between books and movies lol. and stuff always gets messed up. Thanks for the heads up though.

            but thats weird, the book didnt even really have THAT many scenes. they could have definitely encorporated every scene in the movie and it would still be excellent. the book is like a really good movie, just in writing, which you dont always see in books. the books that are farther from the movie type are normally the ones that translate into a movie the worst

    If you are using netflix and like anime and also like cars and drifting might i suggest watching initial d its a 4 season show with season 3 being a movie and also there is a real life movie of it i think fyi its addicting and teaches you quite a bit about cars and drifting during the show :)
