I used to work at burger king. People used to come in asking for Big Macs.

We have people coming in asking for Whoppers, steak, and then they ask for Big N' Tasty's...which we haven't sold in a long time. It's as if they forget where they are..
    - Traylor March 2, 2012, 4:06 pm
I used to work at Burger King like you, then I took a pink slip to the job.

    WHOPPER!!!!! WHOPPER NO ONIONS!!!!

That's Burger King....hahaha, but I know what you're talking about, and that actually happens. It's so loud!!! especially when huge trucks come through, it's unexpected, and I take my headset off for a second to regain hearing.

    Sweat Tea?

    my thought exactly XD
    - MissRandom March 2, 2012, 5:21 pm
But then if I assume that they wanted a sweet tea, then they'd yell at me for messing it up and ask for an un-sweet tea....with 30 packets of Splenda... One girl called me "The only F**king idiot that doesn't know how to do it" when she asked me to just type her card number in because her card was scratched and had holes in it. We're not allowed to type the number in, there isn't even the machine that does that, it's swipe or nothing. And she drove off, screwed everything up, and I had to get a manager back there to promo off the order...Fun day

    - Jackylegs March 3, 2012, 5:23 pm
I think he's referring to the fact that sweat would probably taste bad in tea...
    - Jackylegs March 3, 2012, 5:24 pm
Oh wow...didn't even notice that. Hahaha

I've seen longer rage comics before. I do hate it when this shit happens though. Fucking annoying, especially when they come in with an attitude all hell-fire and blazes. I just want to get right in their face and scream at them...

I know, it's not THAT long, but it's still a pretty long comic. The people that are already mad just make everything worse. I've almost cussed some of them out, it's a good thing I didn't push the button while I was cussing though, because I'd definitely be fired.

and YOUR total is +3 :D enjoy it
well good luck with your job.. you will rarely find people that are able to communicate what they want or how they want it
or even able to communicate at all :S

    Yaaay! :D I will!
and that's very true, I had to do drive through all day today, and There was MAYBE 3 people that ordered how they're supposed to, which gave me a little boost for me to survive the day haha
    - Traylor March 2, 2012, 9:18 pm
    lol.. yea
i dun go through drives through a lot
and i prepare what to order before hand
because i don't want them to ask so many questions lol
    - MissRandom March 3, 2012, 5:46 am
Hah, I have to ask like 10 questions because they all seem to "forget" that we have to make the food and make the drinks for them...
    - Traylor March 3, 2012, 11:47 am
lol.. i have everything ready and communicated till the extra ketchup part
and i NEVER EVER ask them to change anything about my sandwitch.. cuz i hate it if something goes wrong
i just do it myself after i get the order XD
    - MissRandom March 3, 2012, 11:56 am
Oh no, the people that come through our drive-thru, they are all crazy, if something is wrong...it's as if it's their last meal and it's the only money they have. They go berserk and start to say we're all idiots, and say that we don't know what we're doing. It's crazy.
    - Traylor March 3, 2012, 12:06 pm
i dont think i check food after i take it from the drive through
i dun like drive throughs much
its like rush rush rush and people are waiting and i just don't like the whole thing
but if something went wrong while i was ordering inside the restaurant.. i just point it out and they change it..
i don't think i ever fought with any of the staff :S
MEAN PEOPLE.. SHOULD BE MORE CIVILIZED!
    - MissRandom March 3, 2012, 12:18 pm
I KNOW! The other day I was at Rally's(Checkers), and got a 2 for $4 American Double Melt (Sweet Jesus they're good), and it's on Texas Toast....toast... I got my food, we drove off, and as I was about to consume the food worthy of the Gods, I noticed that the bread wasn't toasted or anything, it was just bread...I've been there many times before and know that the bread is toasted....but I didn't care, I didn't even call them and complain. I ate my sammich, and gave 0 f**ks.
    - Traylor March 3, 2012, 12:24 pm
    loool
    we are peacefull people XD
why do you work in the fast food industry if you dun like it though? are you like saving money for college?
    - MissRandom March 3, 2012, 12:28 pm
It's my first job, and they were the ones that were hiring and my friend basically got me the job. So I took it haha. And I'm saving up for a car, I'll most likely do college through the Air Force. Still working out and losing weight to meet my weight limit for them. So in the mean time, just making money, saving up for a car, and playing paintball until I'm at the right weight to join
    - Traylor March 3, 2012, 12:34 pm
    lol not bad
well good luck with all of that
and seriously?! trying to lose weight while working for McDerps :D
    that's funny :D
    - MissRandom March 3, 2012, 12:52 pm
Yeah, hahahaha, it's pretty hard. But I only eat side salads with the occasional McDerple (McDouble)

so...there is no small meal.... FUCK thought it was only my city

There are small meals. They are called Mini Meals. We just got them this year, but there's only 3 variations of them. McDouble Mini Meal, McChicken Mini Meal, and the 4 McNugget Mini Meal. Each comes with a small fry and small drink...but those are the ONLY meals that you can get small. Unless you count the Happy Meals, and Mighty Kids Meals... :( We have so many meals
    - Traylor March 15, 2012, 8:45 pm
im goin in and ask for a small double quarter pounder tomorrow lol
    - xxkisamexx March 15, 2012, 10:09 pm

    How could you!?
    What have I done!?
    - Traylor March 15, 2012, 11:19 pm
What you should do, is go there and ask for a "McGangBang"
Bottom bun, reg. meat, cheese, bottom bun, McChicken patty, lettuce, mayonnaise, top bun, reg. meat, cheese, ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles, top bun....
It only costs $2 if you have the McDouble and McChicken on the Dollar Menu. It's fun to see the reaction on their face when you ask for it :D

sorry dude :/ +3 for the comic :D

i must say, the customers at fast food places are ssome of the rudest people >_< they get pissed SO easily

Thank you! :D and I know! They expect so much out of us...
    - Traylor March 15, 2012, 11:20 pm
yeah like i feel like the customers should check their bag before driving off. I hate when they drive off and lets say u forgot napkins or one straw or something minor, they come back and yell at you because "they were halfway home and they have things to do" so then you get bitched at for 10 minutes -_-
    - sessyann March 15, 2012, 11:34 pm
That happens at least once a day! If you have a freakin' $40 order...CHECK THE DAMN BAG!!!! There's a possibility something is missing...it happens, calm down haha. There are some people who just calmly say, "This isn't how it was supposed to be, could you please make it the way I asked for me? I'll wait for it." Those polite people make me sane for that much longer lmao. But there's people that freak out when we have both drive thru, and front counter screens filled with orders, and it takes just a little longer for them to get their food. They scream and yell at the front line person, for "messing everything up", when it has nothing to do with them! Or the grill team, it's because there's 20 orders on screen! Hahaha, just wait! I just want to scream at some of the people, but I guess cringing a little will do :)
    - Traylor March 15, 2012, 11:41 pm
yes exactly!!!! Like they could be nice about it and there would be no problem! It's when they are rude aboiut it is when it bothers me!

never had a problem with burger joints because they do a good job, but KFC got on my nerves all the time because they would often screw up my order and I would, not wanting to hold up the drive thru, stop in the parking lot and walk inside asking to have my order fixed. Now if they had just fixed the order and said sorry for the inconvenience I would say thanks and no problem mistakes are made, but no they decided to be pricks and take up 20 minutes that I didn't even want to spend there fixing a simple mistake.

We try to fix whatever mistakes we made as fast as possible, but sometimes it might take...30 seconds to remake whatever it is the customer got. I don't like going to KFC, the last one I went to had cockroaches and bugs on the counter...
    - Traylor March 16, 2012, 1:06 am
thats a health hazard and that store can be shut down for it
    - awesomeeeee March 16, 2012, 1:11 am
I hope they did get shut down for it, because that's disgusting, and the food was even worse.
    - Traylor March 16, 2012, 3:59 pm
the food from where i am isnt bad, but that is out of order. they should have standards and people can sue if they got infections from there
    - awesomeeeee March 16, 2012, 4:07 pm
Me and my step dad got sick a few hours after eating it, it was our first time there. I should of just walked out..
    - Traylor March 16, 2012, 9:17 pm
you should of when you saw the cockroaches and bugs. i would of
    - awesomeeeee March 16, 2012, 9:29 pm
Yeah, but we were really hungry, and I guess it didn't cross my mind at first
    - Traylor March 16, 2012, 9:30 pm
    that makes sense
    - awesomeeeee March 16, 2012, 9:45 pm
    Huge mistake though haha

    ^pretty much sums up afterwards
    - Traylor March 16, 2012, 9:47 pm
    more like
    oh god w....bbbllllluuuurrrgggghh
    - awesomeeeee March 16, 2012, 10:05 pm
For me, it is my local McDonalds, I know people make mistakes, but they have NEVER gotten my order right. All i ask for is a plain bacon cheeseburger and they always mess it up. I ask them politely to change it and they are like "Oh just pull up to the rail" (so other people can go through the drive thru) I literally waited there for 30 minutes, they forgot about me -_-
    - sessyann March 16, 2012, 11:38 pm
:( that's bad... The longest someone has waited for us was 9 minutes, because they wanted fresh chicken, and it takes 9 minutes to cook
    - Traylor March 17, 2012, 1:06 am
yeah i know right? and i live in a fairly small town! like how do you forget about someone?!?! and that sucks! the couldnt just have waited one more minute?!
    - sessyann March 17, 2012, 1:50 am
Nope, they wanted fresh chicken, and we told them, multiple times, that it will be 9 minutes until the chicken is done...7 minutes after they get pulled up, they come in mad because they've been waiting so long, and we "didn't let them know about the time"... -_-
And I don't know how they forgot about you!!! That's crazy!
    - Traylor March 18, 2012, 1:41 am
yeah i know right?! and wow, customers can be dumbasses xD
    - sessyann March 18, 2012, 4:09 am
Some of them can be haha

The KFC near us got shut down for that reason too, but the Long John Silvers was the worse some health inspector went there and found that they hadn't changed the grease in months.

You should hit the reply button, so the guy gets notified of it :)

If I am not sure what to get I just park the car and get in.
I also hate people that are ordering like a million things so I have like 8 cars in front of me and all I want is a cheeseburger on my way to class or something like that.

Yeah, we'll have people that come through drive thru and only want like a sweEt tea (spelled it right! :D) and they'll wait 5-10 minutes for it. If I was them, I'd just come inside and order it, I don't really like drive thru
    - Traylor March 16, 2012, 9:18 pm
yeah but I dont want to look for a parking slot for 5 minutes then have 8 families in front of me that all are getting food for their children or something and then order my freakin cheeseburger that I want to eat before afternoon class.
    - Vans March 16, 2012, 9:36 pm
Ohh lol, true. Our McDerps has a lot of parking spaces. And there's only certain times of the day where we'll have rushes, so the best time to come in is before or after the rush
