It's just a bunch of people who dress up as zombies, kind of like a flash mob of undead awesomeness. They're usually in public places, malls, street fairs, etc.
Hmm seeing as people seem to be updating this i thought i'd join in, here's some more recent pictures. most of these are from when i went to cyprus to visit my parents a couple of months ago and the other ones are me at work making a lot of people very uncomfortable for funsies

Nah it's an air rifle Weihrauch HW97K with 3-12x50 scope and lamp on top. Has to be an air rifle gun restrictions are well strict here.

wow - they make you certify for a shotgun or rifle there ? In America we can walk into any Walmart or Bass Pro Shops and buy any rifle or shotgun. As long as its not an assault rifle/machine gun with a 3-round burst or fully automatic you dont need a special permit. Handguns are different here , you need to register them or if you are a felon , buy one on the street. There are plenty of them in Baltimore - LOL. Its part of our constitution and allows us to be armed. Do you have to go through classes for it there ?
that's pretty intense. At least they are in control of it all. Guns are rampant here depending on where you live.
