I t is a solar powered electric vehicle designed to be as efficient as possible, they have big competitions where big universities have teams design and build their own, and then they race them (very slowly i might add)

one, you are looking at the back of the vehicle, there is a windshield on the oppostie side. two, the whole solar-panel structure lifts up so the driver can get in/out
