Weekly Rant-Hackers
This goes out to the hackers who caused the shutdown of the online Sony PlayStation gaming network: I am sure I speak for a huge audience when I say that we would love to hunt you down and hack at you.
Now, I don't mean I want to hack these people to death with an axe (a scenario that was surprisingly difficult to dispel from my imagination), but to metaphorically hack at their subversive attitude with reason and intellect. Then, if all else fails, bring out the chainsaw.
Hackers are nothing short of e-terrorists. These cowardly, misguided, socially retarded miscreants take perverse delight in online anarchy. They erringly believe their skills are superhuman, and they attempt to impress the world with the chaos they are capable of stirring up by targeting popular and/or sensitive websites. This is the hillbilly equivalent of shooting a defenseless squirrel with a newly acquired Walmart rifle. Leave things the hell alone. I'm going to let you in on a big secret: an intelligent person has the power of restraint—that same restraint that will keep me from wiping pieces of you from the teeth of my chainsaw.
Then there's the criminal hacker that operates on a different level. For this type, hacking isn't ego grandstanding; it's business. These guys have a different motivation: money. But that motivation is aligned with greed, and repetition increases the chances of getting caught. The criminal element must be reminded that the best of the best work for the good side.
It's one thing to have my online gaming shut down for an indeterminate period, but it's another thing to have my credit card information stolen.
The PlayStation Network was hacked. Private information, like credit card numbers and bank account information, was compromised. As a result, gamers worldwide have been unable to play online. Sony is in the process of upgrading the security of the network, but as of this writing, the system is anywhere from a few days to a few weeks away from being restored. Sony hasn't exactly been a fountain of information on their progress. Although the problem wasn't Sony's doing, those who run the company have to realize the consumer is frustrated and doesn't really care who is at fault. Customers will turn on Sony if they feel left in the dark. Sony needs to communicate to its customers. Give us some concrete updates. Tell us where you're at. "A few more days," just doesn't cut it. Fire your communications department and hire a crack mercenary squad to locate and bring these hackers to justice.
I would gladly pay a small "administration" fee to finance such an operation, as long as I could confront the guilty hackers personally and try to talk some sense into them. Of course I'll bring my chainsaw along, just in case.

i play on the xbox mostly but i do have a ps3 of which i have bought stuff via credit card... my gt is racerx0077 ik its stupid.. i created it like 3-4 years ago
as far as the death panel is concerned we will not get involved in the PSN operation we never voted on helping anon and we will never vote on helping anon we have our own things to do and we have been helping anon with operation freedom
Read the 1st sentence.... good luck is all I can say.
Also, if it wasn't for Sony's incompetence of breaking their servers, THEN blaming their failure on Anonymous, they wouldn't of hacked them to begin with. TL;DR Sony is bad and blamed Anon so they retaliated in kind
Granted i couldn't be assed helping Anon with their useless War on Sony as i have more important things to fight against than someone going "HE DID IT NOT ME", I still hear a lot about it, and frankly they are both to blame, Sony for being terrible and Anon for being babies about it.

lol i have been like that since it got hacked also. Also on a serious note atleast the hackers did not steal credit card info. It could have easily been done on there network. Are you more mad that the psn is down or that your credit card info could have got stolen? Maybe you should blame sony for not putting up the right precautions to protect your info? Some hackers do this to show all faults in something so people will fix it. Like i said it could be worse so blame sony not the hackers...
hah add me dead end 13. i play cod bo mostly
from what ive seen people who have xboxs are more likely to be nerds, xbox is for "real gamers" supposedly which is just another word for nerds :D. PS3 is for casual gamers AKA people who dont play video games all day long, people who can watch BLU-RAY movies on their system, etc. If youre just gonna get on a post for the PS3 to say xbox rules or haha sucks for you

.... for someone who doesn't want the site to know that they are a girl and made a screen name specifically for that reason you seem to be announcing it quite a lot.
.... so this is your logic stream
make a screen name to conceal your identity and sex
announce to the entire site that you are in fact a girl
delete the comment for fear that people will see it
then re-announce it again in order to humiliate someone further?
I am unsure of wether or not to consider this a successful troll or just a fail considering you did the first part on accident (=.=)

id say successful troll because i didn't do the first part on accident i was just happy to see a girl on here so i announced i was part of that statistic :D wasnt much fear as unwanted attention didnt want points just cuz imma girl and id gladly reannounce it again to humiliate someone XD
lol you might have wanted to creep on the site a bit more before joining. we have a fair few women on here. honestly we don't give them to much crap but they do on occasion have to bring us teh sammiches :P (except Dawn she gets the bacon sacrifices every year) actually if I'm not mistaken the ratio of active guys to girls on the site is staring to shift a little bit towards the girl I think.....
anyways back on subject I'd say this is more of an accidental troll or a lucky troll :P though it's more of a fail troll for elite ;) sorry Pwnz but she did getcha.

accidental, lucky, it's still a troll :P. Also one of the reasons for hiding my identity was i wanted to be one that makes the sexist kitchen jokes but then people would turn it on me lol. Ive been registered for quite a while but didnt contribute just looked didnt uprate or comment then i remembered i had this like a month ago btw how many girls are on here ?
I don't really know exactly how many active members there are anymore I literally just made a post to find out what the ratio is about but my count including you there's nearly ten or so? So about 1 girl to every four guys I'd say. no stop asking questions and go make me a sammich
p.s had to say it because you mentioned it :P

i have an xbox and PS3 personally i think the online is better for the PS3. i barely even play what with school and sports but it does get frustrating when you finally decide to play and the network is down especially when your boyfriend just bought a new game for it and you want to play it, it's been almost a month since it went down, if xbox was down for a month teen suicide rates would skyrocket
If its so terrible why did you play in the first place. it has been down for ALMOST a month my last sign in was 4/19/11. kids should go outside pssh says the xbox guy whos playing xbox all day long and with sweaty hands because its the most workout they get all day
dude just quit... Fanboy wars are retarded... period so lets all go not argue which console is better each is better in somehting so there they both win.
I played it once because I was at a party and the fucking game was lagging to shits and the last time I played online was before your shitty ass PSN went down,
And I'm pretty sure kick-boxing and jiu-jitsu is a workout. Stop being so immature and get a life.

lmao :D me being immature. youre the one who posts immature comments "Xbox user POV:
Hahahahah nerd raging!" do you think youre funny ?
Because if you think you are let me be the first one to tell you that youre not. like they say on the internet "No pics, didn't happen" so yeah kick-boxing and jiu-jitsu = lies. how bout you get a life buddy seeing from this youre on the internet the whole day when youre not playing xbox XD

The point of that comment was to piss PSN users off and looking at you it seems my job is complete!
and you cannot prove I do not train in kick-boxing or jiu-jitsu and without pictures I cannot prove I do so we are at a stalemate there but I can assure you I'm not on the internet all day because I replied to you in less than an hour.

me being pissed off lmfao :DDDDDDD !!! in my first comment i was just telling you some observations and in case you didnt notice i said i have the both systems so how could you have pissed me off when im not exclusively a PSN user i have the both of them and can play live whenever i want if PSN is down ;D. if anyone was pissed off i think it was you lol

no no no, i am not pissed of at all, what i meant was i merely wanted a reaction, I was just trollin :) and seeing as i have got my reaction as i clearly stated before i got what i want, I'm done talking to you :) it was fun while it lasted.
