WARNING FROM ANON
Anonymous stated that the WBC was behind the open warning letter, it's a trap to snatch IPs for suing. Earlier this year a website hired me to beef up their firewall because some members pissed of anon I am afraid that the software I wrote up was sold to WBC, the software is called fire whip and it allows a security system to snatch and grab IP addresses. Now before you rip my head off for this mistake that I take partial responsibility for I'm trying to write up a fire whip counter software that will be trial running on the site that asked me to create fire whip. Attack WBC at your own risk or until notice from anonymous.

Even if they aren't, they're still terrible people. No decent person would ever carry a sign that says "God hates fags". Much less display said sign and a dead soldier's funeral. Only a soulless, despicable, inconceivably cruel excuse for a human being would look a little girl in the eye at said funeral and say "Your father's in hell!" (I wish I made that part up.)

Most scammers are terrible people, how they do it doesn't make much of a difference. Scammers create fake insurance companies with cheap rates to prey on people who just want affordable coverage. Scammers create fake charities for natural disasters to prey on people who just want to help. The simple fact of the matter is that these people are scum, but getting angry and doing something stupid only plays into their hands. Either by allowing them to sue you, or simply giving them more attention.
The fact that they would flat out prevoke a group like Anon by creating a fake letter like that only proves that they are asking for retaliation, and therefore more opportunities for them to file a lawsuit.

best case scenario would be that anon finds a way around fire whip because they don't have the version that I created they have a commercial grade version.
the program is for IP capture mostly.
But tor can scramble IP or just use another one.
then tor could probably do it but I doesn't matter now because fire whip is out of the public domain and is back to being a bad ass private device the will soon be replaced by Blood Hound

true and with the altered software sold to WBC, fire whip , won't be as effective and will most likely have holes and back doors seeing as they have a redneck rigged firewall so really from what my recon data brought back fire whip might not even work on their systems. And since I have started the counter software code named Flash Flood within 3 days fire whip will only be existing for my personal use only.
UPDATE and Flash Flood. I am ahead of schedule by 1 day, I pulled an all nighter and am about 70% done. Once the coding is done I will be running tests on Fire Whip to see how Flash Flood does and if it works out the site that started my frustration will be Flash Flood's first victim, and WBC will be next.
NEW UPDATE: AT MIDNIGHT (SEATTLE TIME) FLASH FLOOD WILL BE LAUNCHED ON WBC AND THE SITE THAT ALTERED AND SOLD MY SOFTWARE. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A HAND TO "THE JESTER" FOR ATTACKING WBC SITES.
