It's very... Confusing. If you play it with a guide it's great, and the story is very interesting (To me at least). Not to mention it has everything from Nazis and Commies fighting each other to a ghost train that can kill you... And the world's largest tumor... Oh! And if you play it, Gas Masks are your friends! Always collect as many filters as you can, it's a pain without them, trust me.
