Hey I watched a story about this guy on TLC. He contacted personal trainer Chris Powell and they worked together for a couple of years. I think it is amazing what he has done! The determination and self control it must have taken!

I think so. This guy was 650lbs. When you weigh as much as this guy did the skin is going to stretch and it doesn't matter how you lose the weight, you are still going to have a lot of skin left over. Plus it also depends on the elasticity in his skin.
