i disagree with back to the future cus they were all good
agreed, back to the future is the best mother fucking trilogy out there
I didn't care for 1, 2 and 3 either. The acting had alot to do with it. (As well as an annoying pink and orange thing with wierd floppy ears and an annoying voice who's name I won't mention.) But the main reason I didn't like them was the CGI. The origional trilogy's special effects were all "organic". In other words, everything on screen was a physical object. (example: Yoda is a puppet, rather than computer generated.) I think it tends to ruin the experience when you realize "Oh, they just did everything on a computer" after you've seen the first trilogy. (Please don't get me started on the CG scenes added to the new DVD's as well as the whole "Greedo shoots first" thing.)
sorry I gotta say i love it all and I've watched them all billions of times. +3 great post!
nah the first and second ones were pretty cool because in the first one which you probably saw at like 8 years old had a guy that looked like this:
and then you went: holy shit! this guy looks badass.
But Lord of The Rings right next to Star Wars.

Well yes I was around the age of 7 or 8 when that movie came out and all I noticed was the special effects and I thought they were amazing but now that I am older I have found that episodes 1, 2, and 3 were almost horrible compared to the originals. They just didn't have the magic that the old ones did.
The only thing I liked about the first and second one's were the story line and Episode 1's music.
But Lord of The Rings trilogy FTW! To me it had great music and a great storyline that could be compared to Star Wars.
