To all of Sharenator, I want your opinion.
We all know the fucked up things they're saying. Protesting homosexuality, funerals for soldiers who died in Iraq + calling them ALL homos, and other bullshit that I refuse to tolerate any longer. I see the signs saying "God hates fags" and "God hates the U.S.A." and I want to kick them in the face.
I wish to make a video. Not to just put up on YouTube to rant, but to actually broadcast a message to them about how wrong they are, and to let other people know of the slanderous bullcrap spewing from their mouths.
If you had to put your views into a message AND broadcast it to the world about this, what would you say?

Therein lies the issue Cash. While I do hate even saying that this level of scumbag exists, I am of the firm belief that ignoring them won't do a damn thing. They're still going to sit there at funerals/rights fests/whatever the hell they want to picket this month whether they get attention or not.
It is pathetic to a massive degree, and no, they don't deserve any attention they get. But to just flat out ignore them is not going to do any good.

i disagree. to me to give them any attention is how they win. ever heard the old saying all publicity is good publicity? long story short they don't care how they get their name out there, only that you are talking about it like we are now. don't give them any fuel for their fire, and they will burn up all their fuel.
It honestly isn't their fault, they were brainwashed as kids and are oblivious to the world, The fucked up ones are the oldest ones who one day said "Fuck these guys, how about we troll le fuck out of everyone and brainwash our kids into dumbasses?" To which the others responded "That's so crazy it might just work"
To be honest johnecash is making a lot of sense, if you give these guys attention then they are getting what they want and if you try and force them underground people will start to sympathise and become interested, whereas if you ignore them they are not going to get any support. I know how you feel I see messages like this and it makes me angry because these people would not last one day doing the job ours (British) and your soldiers do and I will give all the support I can to the Armed Forces because, having met and spoken to people who have been on the front line, they are the bravest people you will ever meet.
These people honestly need a reality check, but don't try and fight them. So long as you do not bring attention to them then they are not getting what they want and will still be seen as what they are, God fearing, extremist homophobes.

I don't think I would have thought about it like that. Thanks everyone, I really appreaciated your responses and I give you all a +1 for it. I'll leave it go for now but if it gets too out of hand, then perhaps then someone, or myself, will do something.
this might take some planing but it might work. first you will have to spike all the drinks/holy water at the church with acid. then when everyone is tripping their balls off show up dressed as Jesus. when you have their attention let them know that you and your farther are not happy with them but there is good news. tell them that true believers of Jesus will be able to walk on air, just like Jesus walked on water. then have them walk off a cliff. tell them the true believers will live and the unfaithful will not. that way when all the bodies are found at the bottom of a cliff the corners office will report in the autopsy that everyone was high on acid and committed mass suicide, thus leaving you out of the equation all together to go home free.

I just have to throw this out there. Of the few friends I have left some are still serving overseas. If they died and were buried Stateside, and those fuckers showed up to protest their funeral. That's going to be the moment I snap. But then taking a baseball bat to those ignorant bastards would be so worth 25 years in prison.
However as a whole, ignoring them would be best. Since it's through attention that they thrive. (And assaulting them would likely give them case to sue you. In which case I can only hope the public can see moral justice rather then a bunch of bullshit.)
