Ukulaling's a fellow Brit I believe, so you can hop on the logic train but it's probably not going where you think it is and it definitely wont get there as soon as you were led to believe. You'll probably stop somewhere near logic and have to get the specially arranged logic bus the rest of the way.

    Choo choo! :D

Socialisms great in my opinion, so no need to talk as if it's 'wrong', because there's no right and wrong on this planet. But anyhow this isn't a place for debate, it's a place for enjoyment, so take it easy with the eurohating bro. We have enough posts about that crap unfortunately.

He was born in Germany, so at one point in time he must've been a citizen there. So I guess he goes both ways, everybody wins

Thats because Hitlers so strongly assosciated with that country though, when i think of Einstein I don't necessarily think of America or Germany. His work wasn't done for a country, but more for figuring out the world. But maybe thats just me

but i think a better example of history and leaders instead of have the nazis and hitler, would be the roman empire and julius caesar. just saying, i dont want a 934798734 long string of comments saying how im an idiot.

Yes but if you know most people here says it's a democracy. If you ask a random person on the street what type of government we have they will say democracy. Kids are taught that it's a democracy when they are young because it's easier to say.

The u.s. invaded because we got attacked by a terrorist faction being harbored in said country, not for their oil, as you might have implied...

That might be true of Afghanistan but not of Iraq. I'm not claiming they did it for oil, but it was nothing to do with finding the Taliban. It was worth it to get rid of Saddam and his regime, who were responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of civilians.

i thought to be considered for a "Hitler" award you had to try and kill off the Jews or any other ethic group. its sad that in to days world "Hitler" is thrown around like a common insult. did you people forget you history? if so then i can understand why you use that name so freely.

    Reply

so that part about ethic cleansing means nothing but only that both men invaded countries. i would love to know the standards that you are using to compare the two and how in those standards ethic cleansing can be left out?
