Chavs. Oh how I hate them all.
America has 'Gangsters' and 'Thugs' which in my opinion is awesome.
But we have this scum. Dirty, cheap, tacky, skid marks on the edge of society.
Chavs all speak like this (video below) but with more aggresion and anger in their voice.
Here are some examples of what a chav commonly looks like.
A chav is most commonly known for starting a fight if you just so look at them. They always hang round in groups and all think they own the place.
In this (video below) it shows a chav in it's natural habitat, The councel housing estate. Just look at his 'swagger' and attitude towards a man who has done fuck all. Also, notice how he has practically all his entire inbread family supporting him out side the house?
Saddly, these 'creatures' are all over England ): I live just across a river from where their original home town is -Liverpool.

okay, to clear this up (i am english), chav means Council Housed And Violent. Generally you find them in large industrial cities or council house areas, and generally cause a nuisance for more civilised people, since the vast majority don't take any pleasure in the more sophisticated things, preferring to go unemployed, violent, on drugs and drunk, with more or less everything that looks expensive that they own being counterfeit. And yes, they have that incredibly irritating accent. On the other hand, they're fucking funny
