They have alot of those in the Mississippi river, but they aren't fit to eat.

actaullt...You sir are an idiot, and clearly have no clue what you think you may have deduced from these photos. Photos 4 and 6 are clearly a Wells catfish not a bowfin or dogfish. Bowfins or dogfish only get to the 20 some pound range and they have a dorsal fin that runs from their mid back to the base of their tail and a single lobed heterocercal tail fin. The most distinctive characteristic of the bowfin is its long dorsal fin. The dorsal
fin is the one on the back not the belly clearly I see you don't know that.
They also have cycloid scales, like the scales on a carp you bumbling chud.The fish in the picture is clearly larger than the 20 pound range, and seeing how a Wells can grow to the 330 pound range, and the fact it has smooth skin and its anal fin reaches backwards almost to the caudal fin giving it an eel like appearance it is none other than a Wells Catfish. Furhtermome, before you run your mouth about something again you should make sure you
have an idea what you are talking about, because now you just look like an uneducated jackass who thinks he knows it all.
