    Well in Tech Supports defense customers are idiots and a lot of times they havent checked if there is power going to modem or WiRouter or with the tablets Wifi will be disabled with a little red X going across the wavie bars...

    If you are working as tech support you are required to ask that question, when dealing with every problem.

    You'd be surprised at how many times I have 'fixed' people's problems by simply plugging the device in. Also, when it comes to trouble shooting, it is smartest to start at the very beginning.

    I agree, I fix computers as a side job and you'd be surprised how often people don't know how to plug things in and still expect them to work.
