Wow- I have a ton of Tattoos - but I would go and see the guy that did this and beat the fuck out of him/her. Thats some shitty needle work. OR , your camera is out of focus but I am guessing that its more that you found 'someone' who claimed to know how to tattoo and without seeing any of his work - just decided to get one....... All hope is not lost , but you should go find this asshole and either beat the fuck out of him , or get him to fix this.....

That's the kind of tatt that, no matter if it looks good now, will turn into a blob as your skin and the ink both get older. It looks ok now, but trust in this, it will blur or bleed around the edges and look like a black blob.
