yay! some one else who likes to draw! :D Im no where near your level on people but i have a piece im working on thats taking a shit ton of time. by the way these look amazing. the first is defiantly my favorite
don't worry about it first step in drawing is learning how to by copying stuff. from there you can challenge yourself to make it better and work on the details to get it right. then from there you can get inventive. im finally learning how to put the details in on my own creations. though i still need work on my shading. but hell for never having taken an art class before im saying i've done very good. :) completely self taught.
nice have you got any drawings that you have drawn and put on here. I've always been into drawing from a young age and only ever had art classes from school but i still need work because i cant seem to get the coloring right it always looks to cartoony.
yea i have some on here they aren't the best in the world and the quality of the picture aren't amazing but hell i think they turned out pretty well. all of mine are done in pencil as well but once i figure out how to shade with regular pencil i will move on to colors any ways heres the linkwww.sharenator.com/art_1/ once im done with this next piece im going to up load it (hopefully with a scanner) keep in mind these are from about 4-9 months ago and i would like to think i've improved since then XD
:D just seen them and commented (if you have seen) i really like 4 and 7 and these all done from the top of your head ?? I finally found out how to use my scanner so i uploaded them mine was done with a black fine point (really fine) and a black brush pen which was running out :)
yup every one of them were made right from the top of my head :) also aside from the art course i took last semester (which was abstract art and completely useless to me) i never took an art class in high school. i've been teaching myself as i go along :D
lol yea abstract painting is defiantly not my favorite though i admit it did help me learn a bit about the planning on some pictures and where to add stuff but overall it wasn't to much help
yea i just never saw the point to some of them i do like some but they have to have elements of realism to them. not the stupid ones like the weird squares or splatter paint. when it gets to that point i think the people are just trying to see how many idiots will buy their art for the most the can get xD

Yeahh, I don't tend to have the patience or attention span to work in that kind of art, I mean if I'm in the right kind of mood, I can sit and do some drawing for a bit, but we had to do a collage for college, and it took me in all, about 8 hours.. It did my head in. I prefer to do sports photography as it's fast paced and always changing so keeps my attention..
Yeahh, I admire people who have the time and commitment to do stuff like that.
Umm, I've been to a few football games, but I've just been offered a position at my local football club to be a regular photographer there, so I can just drop them an e-mail and they'll put me on the press list :)
