Site Under Maintenance?
Recently, the page wasnt loading at all, and after that there was a message saying "Backup Page" at the top.
When rating etc, it said "oops, MySQL is down"
loads of pages and pictures are taking a long time or not loading at all.
is anything going on?

we have similar jobs. except im a pc tech, instead of a network tech. perhaps i can help.... is your mouse plugged in? keyboard? .... ok, then reboot your pc... call back if you still have a problem and we will come and reimage your machine.

Well, we are gonna send the weakest puniest looking of our technicians to come to you during the lesson and take the computer half way across the school to the tech room so we can basically re-write the hard drive with all of the crappy software that probably caused the computer to break in the first place. This will take a week or two but we will try."

oohh cool. So, what kind of servers? Windows i presume as they crashed xD
Linux all the way! (for servers anyway)
I have no idea though because you use php right? and you have to manually install PHP on windows servers because microsoft seem to think that we all like to pay for ASP.net xD
