Sharenator on Facebook: SCREENSHOT RULES
You may not think it's that important, but when taking screenshots from the Sharenator on Facebook group or Chat...
Even those who the post is about.
First names are normally acceptable. You could even replace it with their Sharenator name...
Or be really clean with your replacement:
This matters because:
Some people like to have their privacy.
Most of us who have made this mistake would agree, "It doesn't matter because they were in the Sharenator group and it's only going on Sharenator"
However, unlike the privacy we have within the Facebook group, there are THOUSANDS of UNIQUE VISITORS daily. These people have unrestricted access to all posts, and then can see names, avatars etc.
As Disco has mentioned here, mods will likely in the future REMOVE violating posts for the privacy of others.
Once more:
ALWAYS
ALWAYS
ALWAYS
Blank out NAMES
and PICTURES
Even those who the post is about.

Well, just for the benefit of everyone. There are trolls out there!
And in fairness, we are not going to keep a record of who doesn't care about their name being shown. Its too complicated and it makes things like the "oh but he said it was fine at the time" loophole. Its better to have a strict rule and stick to it.

There are, but, like I said, so long as people have common sense and use the privacy settings right it shouldn't be an issue. I won't accept anyone I don't know. I know that's just me as an individual, but I know a couple of people on here who aren't that bothered about their names being on here.
Eeeeeh what a liar, you accepted me when you didn't know who i was
Lol you are so wrong. You didn't know i was from Sharenator because i had barely made a Facebook like a week after my Sharenator account. I remember the chat it was a little like this "don't mean to sound rude but do i know you" and then i was all like "how rude lol :P"
Haha, you've been here ages, and I've only had you on FB for a couple of months. I dunno, I'm sure I knew you were from Sharenator, might not have known who from here, but I knew you were... Eh, whatever, the point I was trying to make was if you're some person from Taiwan (true story) called Beans or something like that I won't accept you :P
Nuh uh i've been here since like almost the end of January and i made my FB account like in February. Maybe you knew it was me because of my charm and awesomeness, people tell me that all the time :P. I've actually had that happen to me but some guy from Turkey (WTF!!!) which inspired me to like the page HEY RANDOM TURKISH PEOPLE, STOP ADDING ME!
Ahhh yeah i think i did, i've changed it a couple of times now was it this one ???
Edit: Oh wait nevermind i remember i had an Ed Hardy one for my FB profile

I know, but some people are still quite sensitive about that sort of information. If it was that simple, you wouldn't block out "failbooks" or "lamebooks" and all the others.
That's true, but the point I'm making here, is that I've been here long enough for people to know who I am and for me to know who they are, and if I was bothered I wouldn't be in the SoF group. I've got enough common sense to not accept people who I don't know, but like I said, just me as an individual, and if people post stuff from SoF here, I don't mind if they blank my name and profile pic out or not.
Well...we have a rule in place, and bear in mind... this is a GROUP, not a PAGE.
Only people in the group (which either have to be invited or have their invitation accepted) can see within the group, so its kinda safe. Im not gonna force you into anything though. Its just a nice place to have a chat etc :)
