Ok, this is getting ridiculous. Like ClassicDarling said in one of the recent posts comment sections, we all used to be a family. Now we're at each others throats over a bunch of pointless crap. I think a big part of the problem is that we're focusing on banning certain things and deleting and prohibiting, rather than truly seeking a change in the attitude of both sides to be more cooperative.

So, I propose a pact. If you wish to 'sign' it, just comment with whatever you feel gets the point across that you agree. Here it is:

I am a Sharenator.
I promise to only post content that I think benefits the site and community, rather than harming it.
I promise to try and get along with the rest of the community.
I promise to remember this pact when I start to rage.
I promise to use fair judgement and follow the ToS.
I promise to never make something I say or do a reason someone should leave the community.
I promise to remember that Sharenator is unique. It's a website that can't be replaced, and as such, I promise not to ruin it.

By having opportunity, I would like to say: Nevertheless, I am here only for about a week, but I like Sharenator's community very much. Only the great community is the heart of Sharenator, that helps it to evolve. So lets build Sharenator and keep that path going now and in the future!

    Signed.

Anarchy can't exist in human society for one main reason: survival of the fittest. When no one has power over each other, the strongest will become the new power. Not relevant but I don't really give a flying fucksickle. I like sounding smartical.

Anarchism is about a moral code as well as a political system. It entails absolute direct democracy - if one person decides to take control over everything, they are ousted by the electorate - everyone is equal, nobody has power over another. Power doesn't necessarily mean everyone has to do what those in power say - that's the basis of revolution.

Direct democracy isn't anarchy, it's just giving the power to a lot more people. The ones in the minority still are powerless.

No, anarchism means 'without state' or without power. Absolute direct democracy is a way of people self governing, and yes, the minority do have power since they are still able to vote on every matter that involves them. It is a co-operative society, that does not use authority or domination, which is what is in governments today.

I'll agree there, since people are more inclined to that, but still, democratic anarchism is a fairer society and there isn't anything wrong with believing that is what is right, regardless of how likely it is.

I Think people got power tripped after they became mods and thought they had power over everything and they got cocky trying to say what goes and what doesn't. you can't let the community decide otherwise there would be no reason for a government. there IS a TOS read it and follow it.

"I promise to only post content that I think benefits the site and community, rather than harming it."
This is a pointless statement because what you would consider to be 'harmful' to the webiste might be completely different from what other people would consider 'harmful'.
That statement is all down to interpretation and everyones is different.
Not saying I don't agree, just saying it is flawed.

The point of the statement is just if you think it might cause trouble, it's better to err on the side of caution. If it was flawed, then I wouldn't be omnipotent, would I? And I am, so therefore it's not flawed. ;) Foolproof logic.

The reason I put him in there is because the whole point of this is moving on and forgiving past differences and offenses. As obnoxious as he can be, he's part of Sharenator, and I hope he'll sign this too if he ever comes back. Anyone can change, but you've got to give them a chance.

Besides, this is bigger than johnecash. If you honestly disagree with the message of this post, then fine, but don't miss out on being a closer part of the share-family because of one person.

We gave him more chances then we can count. We agree to the message of this post and we're disappointed you would ever think otherwise. We've considered you one of our favorite sharenators and friends. You were there when he chose to target us, you of all people should be able to understand why we feel that way. As a whole, we agree in every way and all of the things you listed are things we already do. We simply can't formally sign onto anything with that name slapped onto it. It's one thing to forgive, it's another to forget, and we're bad at both.

Edit: Heh... We thought he was still lurking around in the shadows...

You go on and start the mud slinging if you like but I want the peace to last. So go on and let that hate keep you warm. It seems I have truly, for better or worse, touched your life.

If you would like to continue looking for excuses feel free, but the simple fact is you act like a twelve year old, and we will treat you like one.

Well said. I mean it. You should always treat people according to how they act. If they act like a child, call them a child, if they act like a snob, call them a snob. People act a way for a reason, and they should be treated according the the choices they make.

We are deeply disturbed by the idea that we can actually agree with you on anything...

OMG, you admit to being a lesbian and having a fling with my mother. That explains your hatred against men then :(

We've admit to being bisexual multiple times and never had any form of "...hatred against men...". We enjoy the company of both men and women. If you would like to continue looking for excuses feel free, but the simple fact is you act like a twelve year old, and we will treat you like one.

Thats good to know since I should always treat people according to how they act. If they act like a child, call I a child, if they act like a snob, I call them a snob. If they act like they have depersonalization you try and offer help. Depersonalization (or depersonalisation) is an anomaly of the mechanism by which an individual has self-awareness. It is a feeling of watching oneself act, while having no control over a situation.[1] Sufferers feel they have changed, and the world has become less real, vague, dreamlike, or lacking in significance. It can be a disturbing experience, since many feel that, indeed, they are living in a "dream". Chronic depersonalization refers to depersonalization disorder, which is classified by the DSM-IV as a dissociative disorder. Though degrees of depersonalization and derealization can happen to anyone subject to temporary severe anxiety/stress, chronic depersonalization is more related to individuals who have experienced a severe trauma or prolonged stress/anxiety. Depersonalization-derealization is the single most important symptom in the spectrum of dissociative disorders, including dissociative identity disorder and "dissociative disorder not otherwise specified" (DD-NOS). It is also a prominent symptom in some other non-dissociative disorders, such as anxiety disorders, clinical depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, migraine and sleep deprivation. It can be considered desirable, such as in the use of recreational drugs.
In social psychology (including social identity theory and self-categorization theory), the term depersonalization has a different meaning, referring to the switch in self-categorization and identity as an individual to part of a group.People act a way for a reason, and they should be treated according the the choices they make. Some time we all need a hand to help us. The truly foolish are the ones who take no advice and keep down the same road.
