Some rap is terrible, just like some rock is terrible. Whether or not the rap you have heard fits your musical taste, that's no reason to bash an entire genre. Calling people who are clearly fairly intelligent "retards" is highly offensive. And you stated exactly what rap is: poetry. In motion, in flow, in rhythyhm, in beat, in action.
What do you have against that?
And all you have to do is listen to any legitimate rap group to not hear about that.... try Fresh Espresso, Macklemore, etc. Please don't underestimate a fantastic genre.

Anyways, I'm glad you agree. I can tell you that your sarcastic questions is a step in the wrong direction. When you use sarcasm you are indirectly expressing aggression towards others. Hiding your opinions in a joke rather than putting your opinions out there directly also points to insecurities.

Like rock. there are so many subtypes and they are all slightly different.
And i kind of like some rap because the lyrics and so on are great but I hate this gangta rap which is pretty much all about insulting people.
