I saw the post qwad posted about the American troops in Iraq and Afghanistan and felt it would be fitting to post one for our brave British troops out there especially after the sad news that the death toll for troops dying in Afghanistan has now reached 100 for 2009.

Look after yourselves out there lads and lasses, and come back safe :)

He did come back safe and he is now a proud father to a 16 week old.
He is planning to leave the Army.

I'm so glad to hear he got back safe.. I really admire the people in the army, but also the people they leave behind... I couldn't cope if my boyfriend joined the army and went away for months on end.
