"Repost" button
I wanted to say this before, but now i have seen it enough times. Allthough the new sharenator inbox thing means that people generally read the comment that says "repost", they dont do anything about it.
I thought if there was a "Flag for Repost" button on every post, at the bottom next to or below the favorites/rate . Then, after clicking, you need to provide a link to the "original post". Then either automatically delete the newer post, send a request to the post author to remove it, or....
A community contribution type thing.
When someone flags it, somewhere on the post, it should say "this has been flagged as a repost". Please confirm.
Then, people check that it is a definite repost, and after 3, 5 or another set number of confirmations, the post is removed. If its 3 "not repost" votes then the post is saved.
Sharenator should automatically decide which post to put this message on, from the date posted. If someone tries to flag the original then they would just get a message saying something like "this post existed first, the other post was a repost". I trust that you could write that message better.
Oh, and also, I have an idea of how much work this will take, but i think its a feature that needs to be here, like the favorites :D
and while im at it, loving the new file uploader!

a few pictures don't matter, as long as the whole post is made of lulz then it shouldn't be that big of a deal. AND, if you declare something is a repost, you should take the time to go find the original rather than leading everyone in a blind rage.

yeah, i know what you mean, but i think its necesary when people copy a whole post
I agree especially to the people that just put one picture on a post! That's why there needs to be a repost button because people will always just put one pic on a post
