Christopher Hitchens was one of the most prominent atheist voices, if not the most prominent, in the world. He spent his life battling with religious and right-wing opponents, showing all that reason and logic can prevail over myth and superstition. Today he doesn't stand before judgement, he lies peacefully. After a long fight with cancer, he can finally rest.
