agreed. i prefer dogs though, i grew up with both. im not a cat person; theyre pretty useless, and grumpy. dogs on the other hand... perfect for protection, automatic doorbell, and easy to train if you go after a good breed.
dog's dont work if youre a pushover though... they can sense your weakness and take advantage... if youre an alpha male it works best, the dogs sense it and respect it.
cats are a good option if you have no backbone, but want a companion that will allow you to pet it.
