    ugh wod today was a tough one
    Partner WOD

    20 power cleans (heavy)
    40 burpees
    20 thrusters (heavy)
    40 box jumps
    20 HSPU (partner assist/mod)
    40 wall balls
    *one person works at a time
    *must complete 1 movement before moving on to the next
    at least it was a partner one

    I did Fran two days ago at a record time for me of 3:56
    95lb thrusters
    21-15-9, for time

    Today was Chelsea.
    5 pullups
    10 pushups
    15 squats
    every minute on the minute for 30

    There are a series of workouts called "Nasty Girls" and "Heros" those are the ones I do normally.

    32:14 w/ Body armor........ and puke!
