wtf is this error message? I have never seen its like before!
its a crappy thing that happens in windows XP. basically, if windows explorer crashes and you are using an "active desktop", which is either: having a web page on your desktop or using an image file such as PNG that requires internet explorer to view, then it does this just in case it was the wallpaper that crashed windows explorer.
also, before you ask, the web page thing was discontinued after windows XP, because it just slowed the computer down and was incredibly pointless and unused.

I would post mine but it hasn't changed from the last 28 editions so there's no point.
I made this wallpaper myself. Please dont ask for download because i dont think i have the original anymore. You can make something like this in about 5 min using photoshop or similar (i used Pixelmator, which is mac only. Its about £12 on the Mac App Store and its an awesome alternative to photoshop)
