and I am living in germany for 21 years and I never ever heard of a pizza with eggs. I have 3 different pizza place menues here and none of them has pizza with egg
as far as I know the favorite is margherita, which something like a cheese pizza. It represents the itialien flag with red (tomato sauce) white (cheese) green (oreagano)
