Ok so I work in public safety 911 and such
And basically I hear a call over my fire pager for EMS to report to **** Morning Wood drive BECAUSE SOME ONE HAD HURT HIS BUTT...But The incident report that was filled out afterward stated he had slipped on some ice in his driveway and had injured his coccyx (tailbone)
And that's just ONE of the many stories I could tell

Oh you just wait you will get one eventually that will make your scratch your head and go WTF
yea i had the same belief but once you've been in it long enough you just have to laugh because you really learn that human stupidity knows no bounds
Words can not describe the amount of win going on here.
Oh you should hear the other gems i have to tell
One day ill make a post if enough people ask me XD thing i would need most is mod approval or mayhap just ask "the founders" lol
Ok look for a post sometime in the near future
my dad has worked in public safety for about 30 some odd years 13 of them dispatching so i hear stories like this all the time i guess you could say im following in his footsteps :)
Yeah, my mum works in comms (I guess the English version of dispatchers) for the police, and my stepdad's a police officer. I did a public services course for 2 years, passed with 100% and now I can't do sweet FA with it because of budget cuts :(
lol well technically they are now called telecommunication officers apparently dispatchers are unPC or some stupid shite like that ive taken firefighting dispatching and EMT first responder classes passed them all and i know whatcha mean with the budget cuts
it is very slow to heal and very painful from what i hear
