It's basically like a mirror on either side of you. If you look into one mirror, you will see an endless amount of reflections in the mirror behind you because the two are constantly reflecting themselves. Same basic principle here except it isn't a reflection. If the two are moving towards each other, your front will eventually come into contact with your back between the two portals and you will eventually be crushed by yourself.
You get sucked into an alternate reality where everything is white.

Actually, you'd be suspended, and most likely die from contact with the edges of the portals, and if not, you would just be crushed by yourself.
