We have removed all ads for registered Sharenators. From now on, if you're logged in, you shouldn't see a single ad.

Could it be the new banner? I have adblock configured to allow ads on Sharenator.com and all its subdomains (*.sharenator.com), but if that banner is external then it may be blocking the ads for me.
Yes... i have just noticed (the first one), but ads appear ON them banners, not just when you click on something on it.

As glad as I am that you got rid of adverts, thank you, but what's going to happen about the space where the advert once was? It just seems a little silly having that empty grey area. +3

It appears to be a little bug. I suspect when the page is loaded it checks your membership, but if it 'times out' or is unable to connect, it shows the advert.
Sometimes looking at the Javascript Error log on this site, things like ads and notification check time out a LOT. So as it times out, it probably says "NO ITS NOT A MEMBER LOL!" and so the script says "K LOL I'LL SHOW AN AD :D"
It's just a kink in the system. It's not like them ads are particularly annoying anyway ^^
