According to two of the websites I just looked at, US is actually not the number one. First is American Samoa, then it's Kiribati.
Actually we're talking about being overweight not obesity, thats why in the title it says Overweight not obesity. Feel free to delete your post. :)

Actually, the full-stop can go inside or out. It is used both ways depending on your country of origin. Here in the US, they teach us to put it inside.

Statistically, USA is the most obese country in the world, followed by Mexico, then UK. Yours is the most obese country, and so whenever there is a joke about countries with fat people, yours is at the top of the list. Deal with it.
