In a lot of places in Europe roll windows are compulsory in the back seats for safety precautions. Something to do with electric windows not working if the car crashes in water? This is what my brother told me a few years ago though, so he could have easily been lying to me :P

id rather have a manual roll down than electric. why? less shit to go wrong =)
