Yeah... you are gonna need wider paths, made of concrete, double safety barriers, everyone will need a helmet, safety harness, breathing mask and oxygen bottle before climbing. People should take flares and radios in case something happens. It would also be necessary for warning signs every few yards warning of uneven surfaces and sudden drops.
