its an excessively chilled superconductor which at extreme low temperature exhibits a kind of locking situation as he explain, where its charge evenly distributes on the surface and holds itself in place inside the electrical field of the magnets. its a bit vague of an explanation but our physics lecturer showed us an example of that by levitating a metal cube over a chilled superconductor

well I tried my best
all you need to know that because of the cooling the magnetic field kinda disforms to something like pipes so the objekt does not move away from that position, it is locked just like metal to a magnet, but because of this dosformed field it doesnt actually touch the magnet
just like magnet can push each other without touching
