Meet the Pyro
It's been so long since Valve started releasing Team Fortress 2 "Meet the Team" videos. "Meet the Pyro" video is still missing.
After some speculations and Valve's tricks, it wasn't clear what gender Pyro is. Some say Pyro can't be female, unless you want it to look like this or this. "Meet the Pyro" video was supposed to reveal Pyro's gender.
Two years later, I lost hope of getting to see this video, but for old times sake I spent an afternoon browsing TF2 fan art. And boy, I liked what I saw. If Valve ever releases "Meet The Pyro", I hope it's a sexy female hiding under the disguise, just like in these fan works. I give you 6 sexiest Pyro fanworks I could find.

Now this drawing may explain why Pyro wears a costume that makes it hard to guess the gender. Imagine if she was wearing this - how distracting would it be for the entire team?

Man if the pyro was like that nobody would play the game...
The pyro is obviously a man tbh. By the phyiscal structure of the character you can tell, and when he yells out, even though the voice is muffled you can tell it is rather deep. So there's ya answer for you, just take a minute to look at the pyro character and you'll see what I mean
