#9 actually i think thats false it would decrease suicide rates along with those who have depression and can affect peoples overall health. that would technically affect the mortality rates even if it's not significantly reduced.
also if everyone cared that would then also affect the number of rage induced murders along those who were killed by false information purposely given out leading to deaths reducing the death toll for the day even more. take into account those who wouldn't be killed during war and skirmishes due to the fact that their leaders and they themselves not wanting to fight and that leads to a significant reduction in human lives lost per day. the only ones lost would be those of natural causes (this includes any and all diseases, cancers, etc.), accidents, and by human non-intentional error.
therefore based on this evidence dwight is wrong.
