I am a die hard Boston fan and I first felt bad for Lebron but now I am getting pissed off for him. Nobody would be saying anything about him if he stayed in Cleavland, but the man makes the right decision for him to win now and he's the biggest asshole in the world. He rebuilt that franchise in more ways than anybody could imagine and gave them 7 years. They gave him no help to win a championship so he went somewhere that would. I respect his decision 100% and I hope he continues to flourish in his career as the newly revived heat fall to the Celtics next year.

my biggest problem with what he did was how he announced his descion it was one of the most narcissistic things a professional athlete has done in a long time. Your a boston fan read some of Bill Simmon's articles lately

Yes, the fashion in which he chose to break the news to the world was uncalled for, but would anybody be saying that doing it on national tv was so wrong if he had decided to stay? I doubt it, but because he chose to announce that he was leaving he all of a sudden is more evil than hitler and has a bigger ego than kanye west.

yes because he stabbed all his fans in cleveland (arguable the most tortured fans in the country) right in the back if he had stayed he would have been hailed as someone who is loyal and will do whatever it takes to win

He toughed it out for 7 years trying to win, but its kinda hard to go far when the next best player on your team is Mo Williams. If Cleveland really wanted to keep him they woulda got him a real supporting cast not a bunch of guys who would be riding the bench for half the other teams in the nba.

well look at keven garnett he stuck with Minnesota for years toiling away in his prime. he stuck with them through all that and only left when they shopped him around in 07 allowing us to get him in 08 i believe that beacuse he stuck with them and didnt abandon them (same with pierce) the good karma let them win by doing what LBJ did is pnly gonna hurt him

True, but neither of them were being compared to jordan on a daily basis and being constantly criticized for not having a ring. He's putting himself in the best possible position he can to win now. And just to set the record straight, I am not supporting what he did, I am just tired of everybody acting like he just killed santa.

firstly im from Boston secondly hes a fucking traitor he meant more to that city than any athlete in this generation. The only one i can think of that fans were more angry after a hometown boy leaving was Wayne Gretzky and he turned out to be one of the greatest hockey players ever. I really hope Miami crashes and burns.

Alright, so am I not the only person who thinks they have drawn this out way to fucking much? It is ridiculous! Lebron is ONE MAN, not a whole damn team. I personally don't give a shit where he is, just don't take 5981379179813249812379817350135019357 hours of my time feeding all the hooplah and bull shit. There is better news out there than Lebron moving.

I don't blame him for leaving. The Cavaliers never got him supporting players. Give him a break and let him do what he thinks is best for himself.

Hopefully this means the Lakers will not win anymore Championships in this decade. I live in Sacramento and our team sucks. Because of this, almost everyone I know says they are a Lakers fan. Fucking Band-wagoners.

He made the best decision for himself. He gets to play with his friends in a better city, with a better chance at a championship. Not sure why it took him more than 30 seconds to decide.
